John has been an integral part of gaining new business customers and expanding services to our existing customers since joining the bank in January 2017. He became a commercial banker in October of 2019 and continues to serve the Polk County market, working along with the Winter Haven and Lakeland teams to support the growth goals for the region. Doug joined the Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending for Sarasota and Manatee counties in 2018. He brought with him 21 years of commercial banking experience, including 18 years in commercial real estate lending. He had served as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer and business banking manager at banks in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.

Kim’s community contributions have been recognized through her appointment as Ambassador of the Year for the Charlotte County Chamber and the United Way of Charlotte County.

We are located in the Parkside section of Port Charlotte, a once-blighted neighborhood which was tapped to receive $35 million in improvements by the Charlotte County Commission in 2010. Three years later, we officially changed our name to reflect our commitment to the Parkside Community Redevelopment Area. We are ideally situated to serve Parkside’s residents and businesses, many of which have been banking with us for some time. We have gained a solid customer base that counts on us for friendly, hometown service and financial guidance.
About Our Punta Gorda Branch
In his new position, Andrew will assist customers in the Polk County community with every step of the loan process. A graduate of Leadership DeSoto, Justin is a DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce board member, serving on the Membership, Annual Meeting and Leadership DeSoto Committees. He is also a member of the Inaugural Randy Bateman Memorial Fund Fundraiser Committee, which raises funds to provide scholarship opportunities for students seeking a career in the power generation industry. In addition, he actively supports local 4H and FFA students with their beef projects, volunteers at Arcadia Rodeo events and serves on the Rodeo advertising committee. Amber graduated from Trident University International with a degree in business administration.
Trust and Wealth Team
He has been involved in banking since 1996 and has more than 20 years' experience working in wealth management. In 2019, Joanne signed on as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and she became a community board member of the organization in 2020. He is a former council member for the Give Well Foundation, served 16 years on the Community Investment Team for United Way of Central Florida, was a booster for Harrison Performing Arts School guitar department and a volunteer for youth baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, travel, sports, and spending time with family.
Stephanie embarked on her banking career in 2018 as a universal banker at another financial institution. Most recently, she held the position of Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager in Savannah, Ga., before returning to Florida to join Crews Bank & Trust. Kim has 16 years of banking experience, most of that time spent within Crews Bank’s legacy banks, where she last served as a branch manager. Scott garnered a wealth of banking and financial experience at banks in Lakeland and Riverview prior to joining the Bank in February of 2019. He served as a Branch Manager, Finance Center Manager, Vice President and Business Banker for various institutions. He proved adept at cross-training staff, increasing deposits, creating and monitoring loan programs, improving service and demonstrating high levels of community involvement.
Prior to joining our Bank, Jennifer worked as a teller supervisor at another financial institution for three years. NMLS # Originally from San Diego, Charlene moved to Englewood in 1999 and began her banking career upon her arrival. Throughout her time at the bank, she has held many positions, most recently as retail branch support, working on special projects and training.
Her career of executive and management positions began with the Motorola Corp. in Boynton Beach, Fla., where she spent six years as a market research analyst, project manager, and quality control manager. She also served as a bookkeeper and commercial property manager for numerous family-owned businesses. Active in the community, James serves as a board member of the Veterans Organization Operations Warrior Resolution and Grand Knight of his local Knights of Columbus council. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and watching his favorite sports teams.
Charlene studied at Grossmont College and holds a Branch Manager Certificate from the Florida Bankers Association. Additionally, she is an active member in the community and has dedicated time to many local causes and organizations including the Suncoast Humane Society, Rotary, and Leadership Englewood, a program of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Mike, love spending time with their two children, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.
He is an active outdoorsman who enjoys duck hunting, hiking and photography. Mark is a fourth-generation Floridian with strong ties to Florida’s Heartland. He is driven by helping his customers succeed in their business by offering solution-minded ideas. One of Southwest Florida’s leading business bankers, Todd joined the Bank in March of 2019. He has experience in all aspects of the banking industry, earning a reputation for providing exceptional service to his clients. Eduardo was born and raised in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Christy was an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Sebring for many years, serving as Treasurer. She is currently involved with the Bartow and Wauchula Chamber of Commerce. She recently joined the board for the Big Brother Big Sisters Hardee County Club. She enjoys the outdoors, including hunting and fishing, and spending time with her family. With over three decades of banking experience, Kevin is familiar with all aspects of commercial lending, specializing in owner-occupied and investor real estate lending.
Alyson is also Past President of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce (2016) and a graduate of Leadership Charlotte class of 2004. James has more than two decades of experience in community banking and finance. A Pittsburgh area native, Len moved to Florida in 1985 and spent time at a trio of Sarasota County banks before joining the Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending in 2013. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1979 while majoring in psychology at the University of Florida. He received his MBA (Master of Business Administration), with concentrations in finance and marketing, from the University of South Florida in 1989. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting the local theme parks and sharing his love of soccer with his son.

Kim spends her spare time serving in her church and creating fun times with her sons and daughter-in-law. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to travel and spend time with her family. In her spare time, she prefers to be 120 feet below the ocean surface spearfishing alongside her husband. A graduate of Lake Placid High School, Shawanna actively contributes to the community as a Board Member at Nu-Hope Elder Care Services of Highlands County and as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Additionally, she is a Bible teacher and the financial secretary at her church. Kerry served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for a Sarasota bank from 2003 to 2006, then joined our bank as a Retail and Business Banking Officer at the bank’s Boca Grande office.
Kris Bilodeau was born in New Hampshire, moved to Florida 1979 and currently lives in North Venice. She graduated from Lemon Bay High School, earned her AA degree from Manatee Community College and her BA and MBA in Business Administration from St. Leo College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Alyson joined the hometown bank in 1999 as a customer service representative and worked as the branch manager in Punta Gorda before being promoted to branch operations coordinator in 2004.
She is a licensed Florida loan officer certified through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS # ) and Notary Public. Originally from St. Petersburg, Fla., Sara spent much of her youth in Texas, where she graduated from White Oak High School and attended Kilgore College for two years. She returned to Florida in 2000, living in Charlotte County working in retail as a cashier, assistant manager and customer service representative until joining the Bank.
